Introduction
The art world is international in the extreme. Various members of the Society of Arts live and work outside the Netherlands regularly, or come from abroad. The Society wishes to place more emphasis on this international network.
It did so in 2020 by joining the European Alliance of Academies, a network dedicated to defending the concept of an open society and artistic freedom in Europe. The Society also wishes to focus on developments in and its relationship with the rest of the world.
